A few words of explanation. . . The Philadelphia Neighborhood Recovery Tour (PNRT) is a work-in-progress. Although all of the 27 tour stops have been selected, funding is being sought to complete development of the Web site. We welcome contributions from individuals and businesses, which will be used to leverage funds available from charitable foundations.
